脈沖試驗臺通過設定自動完成壓力和溫度的調節和控制,使被測件達到實際使用的工作狀態,進行疲勞壽命檢測,很終確定產品的性能。脈沖試驗臺采用計算機與PLC結合的控制方式,通過閉環控制實現任意波形的生成和調整。設備適用于橡膠軟管、汽車制動管、動力轉向管、離合器管、汽車空調及散熱器軟管等壓力脈沖測試,同時也可以對一些小型的管件、接頭等進行脈沖試驗。
The pulse test bench automatically adjusts and controls the pressure and temperature through setting, enabling the tested parts to reach the actual working state for fatigue life testing and ultimately determining the performance of the product. The pulse test bench adopts a control method that combines computer and PLC, and achieves the generation and adjustment of any waveform through closed-loop control. The equipment is suitable for pressure pulse testing of rubber hoses, automotive brake pipes, power steering pipes, clutch pipes, automotive air conditioning and radiator hoses, and can also be used for pulse testing of some small pipe fittings, joints, etc.

脈沖試驗臺由3個主要部分組成:
The pulse test bench consists of three main parts:
1. 液壓系統:循環泵、脈沖發生器。

2. 試驗柜:主要用于安裝待試驗的被測件,調壓及系統壓力指示。

3. Electrical control cabinet and computer testing system: The start button and instrument are installed on the control console for centralized control and monitoring.
