氣體增壓泵標配有兩個開槽安裝支架，氣體增壓泵可以安裝在任意位置，推薦位置為垂直方向，每臺售出氣體增壓泵都會附帶圖紙，標注所需的各種尺寸。

2、預增氣源連接。

氣體增壓泵泵體上都標注“進口”，且圖紙上都標有端口尺寸及型號。預增氣體一定要純凈，氣體介質若有雜志可能會損壞高壓元件，導致氣體增壓泵運行故障，所以建議大家在氣體增壓泵進氣口安裝過濾裝置。

The pump body of the gas booster pump is marked with "inlet", and the port size and model are indicated on the drawings. The pre added gas must be pure. If the gas medium has impurities, it may damage the high-pressure components and cause the gas booster pump to malfunction. Therefore, it is recommended to install a filtering device at the inlet of the gas booster pump.

3、氣源的連接。

供氣回路的安裝時過濾/調壓閥需盡量開進氣體增壓泵。進氣口端口為G1/4”，閥體上標注為”驅動氣口“，管徑為1/2”，如果管徑較小，氣體增壓泵就不可以以流量運行。過濾調壓需按照名稱順序鏈接，靠近氣體增壓泵。

When installing the gas supply circuit, the filter/pressure regulating valve should be opened as much as possible into the gas booster pump. The air inlet port is G1/4 ", and the valve body is marked as" drive air port "with a pipe diameter of 1/2". If the pipe diameter is small, the gas booster pump cannot operate at maximum flow rate. Filter pressure regulation needs to be linked in order of name, close to the gas booster pump.

4、消聲器。

消聲器的使用時用來降低氣體增壓泵運行時的噪音，保證運行環境的安靜。排氣口端口為G1/2”，標記為“出氣口”。

在氣體增壓泵的配圖上標有端口尺寸及型號，氣體增壓泵閥體上標注為“出口”，此為高壓出口，所以連接時需要特別謹慎小心，連接件需要大于輸出壓力。

6、氣體增壓泵的啟動。

6. Start the gas booster pump.

⑴、在打開氣體增壓泵的進氣開關之前，使用調節減壓閥將氣壓調到“0”PSI。

Before opening the intake switch of the gas booster pump, use the pressure reducing valve to adjust the air pressure to "0" PSI.

⑵、確保所有的連接口及所有元件及安裝。

(2) Ensure all connections, components, and installation.

⑶、將減壓閥緩慢調節至氣體增壓泵開始啟動，正常情況下氣體增壓泵在15-20PSI壓力下啟動。

(3) Slowly adjust the pressure reducing valve until the gas booster pump starts. Under normal circumstances, the gas booster pump starts at a pressure of 15-20 PSI.

⑷、完成1到3步驟后，調節泵的供氣氣壓直達到系統所需輸出壓力為止。

⑷ After completing steps 1 to 3, adjust the air supply pressure of the pump until it reaches the output pressure required by the system.
